EveryDay Yoga is excited to host “An Evening of Wellness” – to encourage a good quality of life and a sense of well-being. For this event, we have invited local wellness practitioners that represent a variety of disciplines. A state of well-being encompasses both body and mind therefore you will have fascinating and inviting options to help you and your family make a choice toward better health and a more successful living: nutritionists, energy healers, massage therapist and others. The event is open and FREE to everyone interested in good health. Mark your calendar Saturday, April 12. 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, healthy snacks, drinks and to close the event, live music!
