Royal Oak resident (46 y/o) with progressive genetic disease (not contagious!) is looking for a room mate. 
Room/board, care, visiting physician and all other medical and none-medical services arranged in the handicap accessible house. Very private and accommodating, with beautiful yard. Main floor bedroom/bathroom. Home made healthy meals.
