HypnoBirthing- The Mongan Method - is a unique method of natural childbirth education, that involves methods of relaxation, breathing techniques and visualization -all of which allow women to use their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birth.
It is presented in a series of five, 2 1/2-hour classes.
Cost: $275, includes copy of HypnoBirthing Text, HypnoBirthing-- The Mongan Method, and two 2 CDs for your relaxation, stress reduction, and bonding (Including the program cornerstone disk, Rainbow Relaxation)
A $50 deposit is required upon registration.
