Today all IHOP's are offering one free scary face pancake to each kid under 12 years old. The restaurant will give the kids a buttermilk pancake with whipped cream on it and a strawberry nose. Kids will be given candy corn and Oreos to finish making their own scary faces. Only available for dine in.
