Argentine Tango Beg-Intermidate

This class will apply simple exercises to build communication. Then class will build a pattern in groups.

NIGHT CLUB:

Bachata
Bachata is a form of music and dance that originated in the countryside and rural marginal neighborhoods of the Dominican Republic. Its subjects are usually romantic; especially prevalent are tales of heartbreak. Bachata is the equivalent of Blues in America.

Kizomba: Beg-Intermidate
Kizomba is one of the most popular genres of dance and music originating from Angola. The style of Kizomba emphasizes a very smooth way of dancing with strong influences of Argentine Tango. In the past decade Kizomba has gained incredible popularity around the world.

This class will utilize a basic pattern to demonstrate essential leading and following techniques necessary for non-verbal communication on the dance floor. Leaders will learn how to execute a figure with the appropriate signals, timing, and momentum. Followers will learn how to respond rapidly to these signals with the appropriate body resistance and speed. The goal of this class is to facilitate clear and seamless social dancing with a variety of dance partners.

Dips, Lifts, and Tricks: All Levels
This class is based on the latest fundamentals, technicalities, leading, following, and styling technique. You will explore Dips, Lifts, and Tricks in a way that will create a solid foundation.
