The Next Step: Getting Your Body Back Yoga

For every Mom Body, whether your baby is 8 weeks or 8 years old!

In this class you will learn effective
ways to; reduce that panda pouch, lose weight safely even while breastfeeding, resolve lingering
problems like stomachaches, irregularity, bloating, and regain pelvic floor health.

Nautropahic doctor and certified Yoga instructor Alycia Schoof leads this class every
Sunday at 9:00am.

Class includes floorwork, abdominal exercises, standing poses, restorative yoga, guided visualization, meditation and breathwork and more

Ask away! Naturopathic Doctor, Registered Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist Alycia Schoof is always open to addressing any questions or concerns.

Bring a sticky mat, a resistance band and a towel. Wear comfortable, non-binding clothing, such as yoga gear. Pre-crawlers are welcome to attend, but if your baby becomes upset, please devote yourself to his/ her needs outside the class.

New moms: Please get an ok from your midwife or obstetrician prior to starting the program.
