Letter: Write-in Candidate for Clawson School Board Makes His Case
Letter to the Editor: A write-in candidate for Clawson School Board, Brady DiAntonio, writes about why he wants to serve.

I am Brady DiAntonio and I need your write-in vote forΒ ClawsonΒ SchoolΒ Board. Please write in βBrady DiAntonioβ as aΒ ClawsonΒ SchoolΒ BoardΒ Member this November 6th.
I am interested in volunteering as aΒ schoolΒ boardΒ member to represent all the people that have a vested interest in the quality of the educational opportunities theΒ ClawsonSchoolΒ District provides.
I will reflect the shared values of the community as best as I can. I will support our superintendentβs vision and direction when it is compatible with the values of the people. But I will also be able to challenge the superintendent when I may not agree with an action or policy.
I will be a diligent watchdog to ensure the superintendent holds people accountable in order to maintain safe and up-to-date facilities, to protect the students experience of learning, to expand creative thinking, to provide a fair share of resources, to improve communication and increase transparency.
I am a father and business owner living inΒ ClawsonΒ for 8 years. My children attendΒ ClawsonΒ SchoolsΒ so I share a personal interest in protecting the quality of services. Our children create the future and it is always the right time to invest in them. I would encourage more economics lessons and practical life skills training. We must be patient with each other. We need to audit our processes and promote what we are doing right and change what we are doing wrong. We need to examine successful and innovative methods of improvement used by other organizations and learn to adopt these successes into our own direction. My optimal goal would be to prepare every child for everything. My practical goal is to always do the best I can.
Write-in Brady DiAntonio forΒ ClawsonΒ SchoolΒ BoardΒ to vote for a strong representative with your parental rights and values in mind.
Sincerely,
Brady DiAntonio
