Local Dental Center Hosts Collection For Beaumont Children's Hospital At 'Arts, Beats & Eats'

As summer draws to a close, families are preparing for the school year. However, some children won’t be as lucky to experience first day excitement such as those at Beaumont Children’s Hospital. To bring some of that joy to them, Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC), a leading dental service organization, and Crest + Oral-B will be at Arts, Beats & Eats in Royal Oak this Labor Day weekend collecting art supplies for the kids at Beaumont Children’s Hospital.

GEDC will be collecting coloring books, crayons, markers, colored pencils, glue sticks, kid scissors, paint and art/painting canvas’ for kids starting the school year in the hospital. Bring art supplies and visit the GEDC booth at Arts, Beats & Eats to meet The Smile Center Team, learn dental hygiene tips, receive oral health aids and participate in some fun interactive activities, including a tongue twister competition, at the Oakland County Kids Stage. In addition, the companies are sponsoring the Arts and Crafts area in the Kid’s Zone.

Smile Center team members also will be able to sign up those who are interested in visiting and scheduling an appointment at one of the dental group’s 60 Metro Detroit offices. Hope to see you there!
