Accomplishments: Metivier works hard in the classroom, the playing fields and still finds time for her music. As a member of the soccer, softball, volleyball and swim teams, the middle school student also participates in Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), Student Council and the National Junior Honor Society.

She also has competed in the USA Talent Search, volunteers for Oakland County Parks and Recrecation, plays the violin and piano and has won the People to People Award.
Key to Awesomeness: Metivier is one of several middle school students who are taking high school level classes. This semester she is taking Geometry, Spanish I and Integrated Studies.
