Why Not Wednesday?
This month's theme celebrates the start of summer, inviting parents to bring their children out for a special night of fun!

On Tuesday, June 16, 2015, starting at 10am, nine tons of sand will be dumped on the Arbor Hills parking lot for the two-day sand sculpture build. Expert sand sculptors from Ice Creations in Ohio will begin creating a 9’ X 6’ sculpture as part of the center’s monthly Why Not Wednesday? The huge sculpture will include a throne fit for a Prince or Princess surrounded by two 6’ Minions (Bob and Stuart). Kids and kids-at-heart are invited to watch the build, sit on the throne for a picture and take part in making their own special Minion treat. Shoppers can explore the center’s eclectic selection of stores and take part in interactive demonstrations and special offers. WNW? patrons are invited to sign up for the chance to win a special Minion-themed prize at the Information Tent.
The sand used for the sculpture will be donated to Community Day Care & Preschool – a non-profit charitable organization in Ann Arbor.
