Sandy Harvey joins Level One Bank as Training & Development Manager

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., - Level One Bank, one of Southeast Michigan’s leading community banks, has hired Sandy Harvey as Training & Development Manager. The announcement was made by Patrick J. Fehring, President & CEO of Level One Bank.

In her new position, Harvey will create training programs designed to guide Level One employees through professional development in the organization’s business lines, including retail, mortgage banking and the commercial assets group. Assessing and addressing bank and employee needs, the training programs will focus on new system implementation, new products and services, corporate development, new hire orientation and compliance/regulatory training. Harvey will also manage Level One’s internship program.

Prior to joining Level One, Harvey was a Human Resources Training & Development Leader at a Michigan-based credit union, where she was responsible for all facets of training. This included functions related to employee relations, such as coaching and development.

Harvey graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a BBA in Business Administration and an MBA in Organizational Management. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development and serves as a board member of the Michigan Diversity Council.

She resides in Clinton Township.
