August 22 Health Fair to benefit St Paul of Tarsus Food Pantry

St Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church is located at 41300 Romeo Plank Rd, Clinton Township 48038, across from the Clinton Township Library at the intersection of Romeo Plank & Canal Roads.

The health fair began as an idea to get the healthcare businesses I network with in front of the congregation I worship with. Most people do not know what services are available to them until they need them under duress and have to make a quick uninformed decision. This way parishioners will get exposed to a variety of services and the businesses will be showcased to a very large congregation and community all in one setting.

To participate the businesses pay a table fee to be a part of the event. Since this is a church this was NOT going to be a for-profit fair. ALL table fees and food donations are going straight to the food pantry.

So this is a win, win, win! The congregation gets some great info, snacks & door prizes, the vendors get potential customers, and the church gets the pantry stocked up in advance of the coming winter, which in turn benefits those who need the pantry. So that makes it a win,win, win, win I suppose.

Bring the family, come to church, or come to the health fair, or come to both. The Health fair is from 2pm-6pm, Mass is from 4pm-5pm.
