About the Book:
Authors Juniper Hayward and Athena Liu were supposed to be twin rising stars. But Athena is a literary darling while June is a nobody. Who wants stories about basic white girls?, June thinks. Celebrate the end of Summer Reading by designing a bookmark for HTPL! All ages are welcome to pick up a sheet from the front desk, take it home, and design your dream bookmark. Return your design to the front desk by August 31. Make sure you select the proper category based on your age group: kids (12 and under), teens (13-18), and adults (18+). Staff will select one winner from each category in September. The winners will have their bookmark designs printed and available in the library!
