Clinton Township Gets a Boost on the AT&T Network
Customers and employees near 15 Mile and Harper Avenue will experience faster service.
AT&T is now covering more of Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties with its 4G network. The changes give area residents and businesses mobile Internet speeds up to four times faster than 3G**.
The improvements in Clinton Township will be noticed along 15 Mile Road, between Harper Avenue and Union Lake Road.
The additional capacity on towers like the one in Clinton Township is similar to adding more lanes to a highway, carrying traffic from a customer’s device to the cell tower. That means customers in these communities can now use their smartphones and tablets to surf the Internet faster than ever before.
