We help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities that matter most. Our services include comprehensive evaluations, ultrasound-guided procedures, pain management, rehabilitation planning, and medical weight management—each tailored to support long-term function and quality of life. We treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, joint pain (shoulder, knee, hip), arthritis, nerve pain, and mobility decline. What makes us different is our function-first approach. We focus on identifying the root cause and building personalized care plans that improve strength, movement, and independence. We offer both in-office visits in Clinton Township and in-home medical care, bringing expert rehabilitation services directly to patients who have difficulty traveling or prefer care at home.
