Macomb County Habitat for Humanity still needs volunteers and appliances for new home for veteran currently under construction.
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — Macomb County Habitat for Humanity volunteers have begun building a new home in Clinton Township, and now officials are looking for a veteran qualified for homeownership to partner in its construction and live in it.
Employees of two companies, KSPG and BAE, are partnering with Habitat to build the house.
“We have two incredible, international companies that are working together with hundreds of employees and volunteers, to provide a safe affordable home to a veteran in need,” Helen Hicks, president and CEO of the Macomb County Habitat for Humanity, said in a news release.
