Public Works Candidates Return Rizzo-Tinged Money
As election approaches, Anthony Marrocco and Candice Miller distance themselves from trash hauler involved in FBI corruption probe.

(Posted Nov.3, 2016) Two candidates knocking heads for the Macomb County Public Works Commissioner job in next Tuesday's election have returned campaign contributions from scandal-ridden Rizzo Environmental Services, the Detroit Free Press. Political action committees supporting incumbent Public Works Commissioner Anthony Marrocco have donated the Rizzo contributions to charity, and his challenger, U.S. Rep.Candice Miller, has returned a contribution to the company.
