Customer research consultancy TecEd is seeking participants for a paid research study.
TecEd, a customer research consultancy, is looking for people in Customer Care/Customer Service/ Customer Support – both agents and managers - to play a key role in helping a major company make product decisions to better meet your needs.

Customer research consultancy TecEd is seeking participants for a paid research study. Participants should be involved in a Customer Care position in their companies.

Sessions will take place either in-person at your place of business or home office, at TecEd’s office in Ann Arbor, or remotely through a screen sharing program.
Sessions will last 90 minutes.
You will receive $150 (for a remote session) or $200 - $300 (for an in-person session).
