Kupinski, 41, also had his sentencing delayed Wednesday on his weapons conviction in connection with the shooting death of Adam Abraham in Dec. 17, the report stated. Abraham was shot in Kupinski’s house, the report added. The delay is to give Kupinski’s defense team more time to prepare, according to the report.
Kupinski was acquitted of second-dgree murder in the case last month, but he was found guilty of possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, the report stated. Kupinski could face up to three years in prison, the report added.
