State of Clinton Township Talk Kicks Off Macomb Chamber's Series

Jan. 24 event is part of the Macomb County Chamber of Commerce's State of the Community Series.

A news release:

Clinton Township Supervisor Robert Cannon will deliver the State of the Township address on Friday, January 24, at the Clinton Macomb Public Library located at 40900 Romeo Plank in Clinton Township. Doors open at 8 a.m.and the program begins at 8:30 a.m.

Cannon will be joined by Congressman Sander Levin, State Representatives Marilyn Lane and Anthony Forlini, Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel and Macomb County Commissioners Bob Smith and Fred Miller, who will offer state and county updates.

The event is part of the Macomb County Chamber’s State of the Community series, held annually in several cities and townshipsthroughout Macomb County so that the business community and citizens can hear from their elected local leaders.

Event sponsors are AT&T, Baker College of Clinton Township, DTE Energy, Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals, HAP, First State Bank and C&G Newspapers.
