1 Dead, 1 Arrested In Dearborn Shooting: Police

Police said one person was arrested in connection to the shooting.

DEARBORN, MI — A 28-year-old man was shot to death early Thursday morning in Dearborn, police said.

Police said the shooting happened early Thursday morning at 12:55 a.m. in the 2200 block of Olmstead on Dearborn's west end.

Police said one person was arrested in connection to the shooting.

"While our investigators continue to work diligently to gather evidence into this tragic incident, we have determined that there are no additional risks to the safety of the community at this time," Dearborn Police Commander Timothy McHale said.

No further details were immediately released by police.
