2 Hurt After Police Chase Ends In Dearborn Crash: Reports

DEARBORN, MI — A Wednesday morning police chase ended in a Dearborn crash that involved multiple vehicles and injured two people, according to multiple reports, citing police.

Two people were taken to a nearby hospital where they are listed in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries, reports said.

Police said the suspect run away from the crash. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

Police said Dearborn Heights officers were chasing a car before the suspect crashed into two other vehicles at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Greenfield Road, reports said.

Police did not say why the officers were chasing the car. Police were expected to release more information at a later time.

Both directions of Michigan Avenue and Greenfield Road were closed for hours while police investigated the crash. The intersection has since reopened.
