2 Teens Arrested After Drag Racing In Dearborn: Police

The teens were arrested and given citations for drag racing, according to police.​

DEARBORN, MI — Two teens were arrested over the weekend after they were caught drag racing in Dearborn, according to police.

Police said patrolling officers saw a Dodge Durango and Chrysler 300 drag racing on Warren Avenue near Anthony Street at 6 p.m. last Friday.

Video shows officers stopping the two vehicles, which were both driven by teenagers. The teens were arrested and given citations for drag racing, according to police.

In addition, both of their cars were impounded, according to police.

Dearborn Police said officers will continue strict traffic enforcement throughout the city to help address residents' traffic complaints and improve roadway safety.
