The restaurant, located at 25320 Van Born Road in Dearborn Heights, will hold its grand opening on Saturday.
Customers will place their order through the Little Caesars mobile app or website and pick it up at the store's "mobile order pickup zone."
The restaurant will also have self-serve Hot-N-Ready stations.
To celebrate, the first 100 customers in line at 10:30 a.m. will receive a promo card for one free pizza per week for a year with the purchase of a Crazy Bread.
There will also be a DJ, prize wheel, balloon twister and photo opportunities with the Little Caesars mascot on Saturday.
