The shooting happened at 5:20 p.m. Thursday outside the Walmart near Ford Road and Mercury Drive, according to police.
Officers arrived and found one person suffering from serious but non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, according to police.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to police.
Officers quickly searched the area and found the suspected shooter, according to police.
They also recovered a gun they believe was used in the shooting, according to police.
Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from an argument between the suspect and the victim. It was unclear what their relationship was to each other.
