Fifty-One O One – the student-run restaurant at Henry Ford Community College (HFCC) located in the Student & Culinary Arts Center on the main campus – announces the 2013 schedule of International Buffets.
The schedule is as follows: Thursday, May 23: “A Taste of the Mediterranean” – Cuisine from Italy, Greece and Southern France.
Thursday, May 30: “Hawaiian/Polynesian Cuisine” –Cuisine from the Hawaiian Islands and featuring a hog roast.
Thursday, June 6: “Spanish New World” – Cuisine from South America, Central America and Mexico.
Thursday, June 13: “Old World Cuisine” – Cuisine from Scandinavia, as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
Thursday, June 20: “International Brunch” – The restaurant will serve brunch with an international flavor.
Seating is from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Seating for the brunch begins at 10:30 a.m.. The cost for each buffet is $14 per person. To make reservations and to obtain more information, please call 313.206.5101.
