AT&T Expands Fast 4G Network in Dearborn

Improvements noticeable near west Outter Driver, near Garrison

AT&T is now covering more of Dearborn, along with other parts of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties with it 4G network.

The improvements will make the cell sites stronger in order to handle more traffic, resulting in faster speeds and more reliable service.

The upgraded cell sites are located in the following areas:

· Ann Arbor – Plymouth Road, west of Green Road

· Detroit –(two sites) Kingsville Avenue, west of Mack Avenue and E. Warren Avenue, at Ashland Street

· Dearborn – west Outter Drive, near Garrison Place

· Harrison Township – east of I-94, north of N. River Road

· Highland – Clyde Road and Buckhorn Lake Road

· Pontiac – in the vicinity of I-75 south of Cedarpoint Parkway

· Westland – Hunter Avenue and Yale Street

· West Bloomfield – east of Orchard Lake Road, near Lone Pine Road

· Wolverine Lake – north Glengary Road, near S. Commerce Road

That’s why we’re extending our 4G network for southeast Michigan residents and businesses,” said Jim Murray, president of AT&T Michigan. “We want to help them get the most out of their mobile devices – whether they’re watching videos, texting, or using social media.”
