Baker College of Allen Park enrolling for 2016 winter quarter

Baker College is now enrolling students for 2016 winter quarter: on-ground classes begin Jan. 11; online courses begin Jan. 7.

Baker College of Allen Park is enrolling students for 2016 winter quarter, with on-ground classes beginning Monday, Jan. 11. Online courses start Thursday, Jan. 7. Registration continues through the first week of classes.

“As Michigan’s career college, Baker College focuses on preparing students from start to finish to succeed in the career of their choice,” said Kristine L. Barann, CPA, president of Baker College of Allen Park. “Our trained academic advisors can provide job-specific information that will help students select the career that’s right for them. Then, faculty and staff mentor and support students through the educational process. The happy result is the college’s 97 percent employment rate of available graduates.”

Bachelor’s, associate and certificate career programs offered at the Allen Park campus include opticianry, nursing, construction management, criminal justice, cyber defense, information technology and security, occupational therapy assistant, computer information systems, computer programming, physical therapist assistant, health services administration, surgical technology, hemodialysis patient care technician, therapeutic massage, medical assistant, digital media design, CIS/microcomputer applications, computer networking technology/Microsoft and Cisco options, web development, early childhood education, management, marketing, accounting, human resource management, mechanical technology, computer numerical control (CNC) machinist, and advanced manufacturing technology.
