'Bill' Ford's Not-So-Secret Admirer Left Parole Officer Contact Information

This wasn't the first time woman who wrote love letters to Henry Ford heir left items at the company's world headquarters.

William Clay “Bill” Ford Jr., the great-grandson of Ford Motor Co.’s founder and the automotive giant’s executive chairman, has a not-so-secret admirer.

And if the 57-year-old married father of four is interested, he can contact her through her probation officer.

That’s not likely. Security officers at Ford Motor Co.’s world headquarters in Dearborn refused to let the woman deliver her package to Ford on Oct. 27 and ordered her out of the building, the Press & Guide reports.

She threw the package in the trash on her way out. Security officers retrieved it and had the package X-rayed. Once it was deemed safe to open, police found a laptop computer, several love letters addressed to Ford – some of them detailing ways the justice system had failed her – and a card with contact information for the woman’s parole officer.

It wasn’t the first time the woman had left items for Ford. An April incident also required police intervention, the newspaper said.

After last week’s encounter, she was last seen walking eastbound on Michigan Avenue. Her parole officer told police that she had recently been in jail for violating the terms of her probation.
