AAUW-D Vintage and Collectible Book Sale on April 25th!

The American Association of University Women-Dearborn (AAUW-D) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 1933. For 93 years, our mission has been to support community area initiatives related to human rights, education, literacy, and community outreach. That support has come from the net profits of our annual book sale fundraisers.

Come to our AAUW-D Vintage and Collectible Book Sale on April 25th at the McFadden-Ross House/ Dearborn Historical Museum, at 915 S. Brady, Dearborn from 9am to 4 pm. Enjoy browsing our exciting collection of vintage and collectible books in many genres. Add some to your collection or find some special gifts at reasonable prices!              Accepting cash and credit with $15 minimum/ SQUARE.

Books at the April sale are priced as low as $3
and as high as $100. Among them are Fedor
Dostoieffsky’s (sic) “Crime and Punishment” (J.M.
Dent & Sons; E.F. Dutton & Co., Everyman’s Library,
undated;  longtime University of Michigan president
James Burrill Angell’s rare “Selected Addresses”
(Longmans, Green, and Co., 1912); and E. Cobham
Brewer’s richly illustrated eight-volume set
“Character Sketches of Romance, Fiction and the
Drama” (Selmar Hess, 1902).
