A Night of Art and Protest

A Night of Art and Protest

Dearborn First UMC and Bridgepointe bring you a free community event advocating for immigrant rights, due process, and peace and justice in our communities through visual art, music, and spoken word.

Be part of an evening that celebrates creativity, community, and the courage not only to tell our stories, but to act on them.

FEATURED PRESENTERS: Hear directly from Michigan Immigrant Rights Center (MIRC) and volunteers from the Immigrant Action Coalition (IAC) working directly with detainees and families at the Baldwin detention center. They'll help us better understand the immigration process, detention, deportation and due process, while sharing ways our community can listen, connect and get involved.

The evening will feature music, art, student art, and poetry,
making our time together not only informative, but meaningful and surrounded by beauty.

WONDERING ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN DO? Come listen. Come learn. Come connect. Come be part of the community.
