A Look Back

- were very successful for Dearborn —winning a district title with a 58-20 trouncing of Garden City in the finals.

A Look Ahead

- Obviously, wrestling regionals on Feb. 16 are at top of the list. They'll be held at the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park in Canton. The Fordson squad locks horns with Detroit Catholic Central in the opening match. Canton or Livonia Franklin (depending on who wins in their matchup) could then stand between the Tractors and the regional title. This should be a great wrestling showdown. Make the drive to Canton if you can. You won’t be sorry.
- Another rivalry game is on the schedule—this time it’s Dearborn High vs. boys varsity basketball. The Pioneers got the best of Edsel in the first meeting earlier this season, but that doesn’t matter much at this point. The Thunderbirds will be looking to impress the home fans with a victory. The game is slated for 7 p.m. Feb. 15.
- Not to sound redundant, but the girls square off at 5:30 p.m.—same day, same place. Can you think of a better way to spend an evening than watching this double-header of hoops delight? We can't.
