Crime Report: Shrubs Reported Stolen–Again–from Springwells Park

Sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning, a potential repeat thief reportedly snagged three shrubs from a traffic island on Brewster Street in the Springwells Park neighborhood.
According to a report, police responded to a call from a representative of the Springwells Park Homeowners Association. The caller said that the shrubs had been dug up and taken in the middle of the night.
The report valued the three bushes at $50. The caller said the incident has been ongoing.
