Dearborn Patch the Town Winner Spends Her $100 on Friday Out With Friends

Peacock was of our Patch the Town contest, which asked readers to submit photos and descriptions of . The winner got the hundred bucks–on us!

In return, we asked Peacock to tell and show us what she did with her cash. As it turns out, she had an eventful Friday out with friends.

"First, my friend Maureen Whittaker and I enjoyed the ," Peacock told us, "where I bought a couple of homemade pies, one of which was a surprisingly delicious blackberry and goat cheese with basil."

Sounds pretty tasty. But the day didn't stop there.

"That evening, Jeff and Maureen Whittaker enjoyed dinner with my husband Scot and me at , which we hadn't yet visited in its new location," she added.
