Dearborn Police: 'Significant Arrests' in Multiple Crimes
Police promise more details Thursday about arrests to clear up multiple home invasions, attempted murder other Metro Detroit crimes.

DEARBORN, MI — Dearborn police on Wednesday promised to provide more details about "several significant arrests" over the weekend that potentially clear up a number of home invasions throughout Metro Detroit at a Thursday news conference.
The news conference will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Dearborn Police Department, 16099 Michigan Ave.
Police said the arrests incidents include the arrests of two men believed to be responsible for several home invasions throughout Metro Detroit region, arrests of suspects for armed bank robberies in Dearborn and throughout southeastern Michigan, as well as two arrests for attempted murder in which three people were shot at a popular Dearborn night club.

Police will also display of rare recovered artifacts that we will ask the media to flash in hopes of finding the rightful owners.
“All of these incidents result in a decreased feeling of safety and security for our residents and visitors alike,” Police Chief Ronald Haddad said in a statement. “We will continue to aggressively pursue justice against any and all persons involved in crimes that decrease the quality of life in our area.”
