Dearborn Stop on Country Group Lonestar's 90-Date Tour

DEARBORN, MI – Reunited with original lead singer Richie McDonald, the acclaimed country music group Lonestar will perform in Dearborn next month as part of a 90-date 20th anniversary tour.

The performance is at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at the Michael A. Guido Theater.

Lonestar first hit the country music charts in 1995 with its initial single release, “Tequila Talkin’.” Since then, the dynamic group has amassed album sales in excess of 10 million while developing a worldwide fan base and earning the “Country Music Awards Vocal Group of the Year” honor.

Known for merging their country roots with strong melodies and rich vocals, Lonestar has earned 10 No. 1 country hits, including “No News,” “Come Crying to Me” and their crossover smash, “Amazed,” which also hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 list.

Tickets, priced at $20, $30 and $34, are available at the theater box office — open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday — and on-line at www.dearborntheater.com.
