- Arabic ballots are now available in Dearborn, Hamtramck for the state's Aug. 2 Primary. The ballots will be available for both absentee ballots and for in-person voting on Election Day. (WXYZ 7 Action News Detroit)
- Ballzy Balls reopens at Fairlane Mall in Dearborn. The Fairlane location is the first Ballzy Balls to fully reopen since the pandemic. (Dearborn Press and Guide)
- The Supreme Court on Thursday limited the Environmental Protection Agency's authority to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from existing power plants, a move that could severely impact Michigan's goal to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. (Michigan Patch)
