DEARBORN, MI — Democratic Congresswoman Debbie Dingell said Friday she will host a virtual event to discuss military academy opportunities for interested Michigan high school students on Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 6:00 p.m.

"It’s really important to talk to our young people about opportunities in their community and beyond – especially when it comes to our country’s military academies," Rep. Debbie Dingell said.

"These academies offer strong education opportunities, and they also provide public service options and teach strong morals," she added. "This virtual event is a space for Michigan’s young people to ask questions about what the academies entail, find out how to apply, and meet with representatives from the academies."
