Oakwood Healthcare cordially invites stroke patients and caregivers to our


Aphasia Support Group, a NEW program

that will allow patients and caregivers who are facing this challenging condition to come together and learn in a warm, informational setting.

Meetings will be held the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 4 - 6 p.m. at Heritage Hospital Rehabilitation Unit 3rd floor dining room.

Oakwood’s focus is to provide patients and caregivers with support, social interaction, and education. Meetings will include speakers from the Oakwood Healthcare System, language enrichment activities, and light refreshments.

Meetings are open to everyone in the community, and all skill levels of communication are welcomed!
