Guns N' Roses Plays Detroit June 23: How to Buy Tickets
This isn't an April Fools' Day joke, despite what you might have read on hard rock band's website. The hard rocking band is reuniting.

DETROIT, MI – This isn’t an April Fools’ Day joke, even though recently regrouped Guns N’ Roses eluded to the holiday for pranksters on their website announcing the highly anticipated “Not in this Lifetime Tour.”
This is the real thing.
Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan are coming to Detroit’s Ford Field on June 23. Tickets, which range in price from $49.50 to $250, go on sale at 10 a.m. April 8 at fordfield-com and livenation.com, but the pre-sale for Citi cardmembers begins at 10 a.m. Monday. Members of the band’s official fan club will be notified by email of the early pre-sale details.

Here’s the April Fools’ Day tie-in:
The band said it was kicking off the reunion tour with a $10-a-ticket show Friday at the legendary Troubadour in Los Angeles, where the band played exactly 30 years ago. It will be the first time Rose and Slash have shared a stage together since July 17, 1993, in Buenos Aires, Rolling Stone reports.

Still to be decided is who will be joining the hard-rocking trio for the tour, but rumors that former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler will join his former bandmates have been persistent since mid-March, Rolling Stone said.
Lead singer Rose is the only consistent member of the band since it formed in 1985. Other founding members, guitarist Slash and bassist McKagan, left in the mid-1990s.
