Man Arrested After Recording Woman Inside Dearborn Bathroom Stall: PD
John Lawrence Hodgson III, 23, from Trenton, was charged with surveilling an unclothed person, according to the Wayne County Prosecutors.

DEARBORN, MI — A man who police said recorded a woman in a bathroom stall at the Henry Ford College in Dearborn was arrested Wednesday in connection to the incident.
John Lawrence Hodgson III, 27, from Trenton, was charged with surveilling an unclothed person, according to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
Hodgson was given a $20,000 cash bond with the additional prohibition of entering any school property. His next court date is scheduled for March 31.

"We are grateful that members of the community recognized this individual from the photograph circulated by the media, allowing us to swiftly bring him to justice," Dearborn Police Chief Issa Shahin said.
Police said Hodgson used his phone to record a woman inside the women's bathroom on the third floor of Building G on Feb. 28 at 4:05 p.m.

Once the woman noticed a man inside a separate restroom stall, Hodgson ran away, police said.
The woman did capture a photo of the man running away, police said.
