Tlaib, Elliott Win Primaries In MI 12th Congressional District: Report

WAYNE COUNTY, MI — U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib fought off a tough challenge to remain in the U.S. Congress, representing multiple Wayne County communities, including Dearborn and portions of west Detroit, according to multiple reports.

Tlaib will face Republican challenger Steven Elliott in November's general election for the newly drawn Michigan 12th district seat, multiple outlets projected.
