Midwest Medical Center Set To Close, Lay Off 120 Workers
An official reason for the closure has not been made known, but it follows company financial losses from health care plans under ObamaCare.

DEARBORN, MI -- Molina Healthcare's Midwest Medical Center is set to shut down on Sept. 30, resulting in the loss of a 24-hour urgent care center and the lay off of 120 people.
The medical center offers services, which include urgent care, physical therapy and primary care, to Medicaid beneficiaries and patients with private insurance.
The Detroit Free Press reported that a Monlina representative did not specify the reason for the closure. However, the closure follows a Molina Healthcare plan to cut 1,400 jobs in response to financial losses which came from insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act.

Molina spokesperson Leigh Woodward made a statement on the closure, saying "We regret the impact this will have on affected employees and we will be providing outplacement assistance and severance to ease the transition.
"We are working with network providers to ensure that our patients continue to receive the care they need and deserve through our trusted partners," Woodward said.
