Pre-Register Now for Free Dearborn Program Introducing Kids to Hockey

Dearborn-area children aged 4-10 are invited to “try hockey for free” Sunday, Oct. 5, at the Dearborn Ice Skating Center (DISC).

Try Hockey for Free will offer two sessions: 1-2:15 p.m. for ages 4-6 and 1:45-3 p.m. for ages 7-10.

All equipment for the event will be provided, but pre-registration is required.

Prospective participants must pre-register for Try Hockey for Free by visiting the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association website, www.MAHA.org. Participation is limited to the first 40 youngsters.

Try Hockey for Free is a cooperative venture of the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association, the Detroit Red Wings Foundation and the Dearborn Recreation & Parks Department.
