Prenatal Yoga 6 week series at Yoga Shala and Wellness Center

6 week Prenatal Yoga Series beginning July 18th, 11am-12pm.

Expecting mothers are invited to join Jamie and Kathryn for a 6 week Prenatal Yoga Series beginning July 18th. We will meet for 6 consecutive Saturday mornings at 11am-12pm.

Class dates are as follows: 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15, 8/22.

Prenatal Yoga is designed to support & empower expectant mothers during this beautiful time in their life. In this class we will explore gentle yoga postures to sooth and relax the body. Prenatal Yoga teaches poses to ease common discomforts of pregnancy as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare the body and mind for labor and delivery. Each class ends with an extra long relaxation and opportunity to connect with other pregnant women. Our goal is to leave you feeling more connected to yourself and your baby.
