DEARBORN, MI – Residents of Dearborn have a rare opportunity to dispose of unwanted tires at no charge during a special collection event on Saturday, May 21.From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., residents can drop off the unwanted tires at the Department of Public Works Yard, 2951 Greenfield, the city said in a news release.
