U.S. Army Field Band Plays Dearborn Friday, July 3

The concert will be held at Greenfield Village as part of the big Independence Day celebration at The Henry Ford.

The United States Army Field Band - Concert Band & Soldiers’ Chorus will be in Dearborn Friday as part of its 2015 Summer Concert Tour.

The concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Greenfield Village – Walnut Grove Field.

  • Sergeant First Class Christopher Blossom, of Canton, who holds degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor’
  • Staff Sergeant Marlena Dillenbeck graduated from Michigan State University in 1999, played in the Ann Arbor Symphony from 1996-1999, attended Interlochen Arts Camp from 1991-1995, and is from the West Michigan area.
  • Master Sergeant Shari Smith attended Michigan State University 1989-1993, receiving a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in 1997.
