Videos, Photos Show Suspects in Pair of Dearborn Armed Robberies

Police have also released still photos and are asking the public's help in identifying the suspects.

DEARBORN, MI — The Dearborn Police Department has released surveillance videos in a pair of armed robberies earlier this year and is asking the public’s help in identifying the suspects. The robberies occurred at a diner on April 12 and a pharmacy o June 25.

In the first incident, a white male armed with a handgun entered a diner about 2 a.m. on April 12 and demanded cash, police said. He fled after receiving the money.

Police describe hm as between 5 feet, 10 inches and 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black Carhartt skull cap and had a black cloth covering his face, a navy blue hoodie with the words “American Original” on the back, along with an American flag and Mickey Mouse.

The June 25 robbery occurred at a pharmacy on Cherry Hill. Police said an armed suspect demanded money, but when the employee could not produce any, he stole numerous narcotics stored near the counter. The suspect was described as a black male between the ages of 20 and 30, with sideburns and possibly a beard. The suspect had a sleeve tattoo covering his right arm from his bicep to his wrist.

“Crimes of this nature will be investigated until the perpetrators are arrested and brought to justice,” Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said in a statement. “We are urging the public to come forward with information that will assist us in identifying the suspects in these cases.”
