Watch: Armed Robbery at Dearborn Pharmacy

Police seek public's help in identifying suspect who allegedly demanded money, threatened employees and robbed pharmacy.


Dearborn, MI — Police have released store video of a man accused of threatening employees with a handgun and robbing a Dearborn pharmacy and are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect.

The man allegedly entered the pharmacy in the area of Cherry Hill and Outer Drive about 1:30 p.m. Saturday and demanded money, Dearborn police said in a news release.

“After threatening employees and stealing property from the pharmacy the suspect fled on foot,” police said.



The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years old and with a thin build. He was wearing a white long- sleeved shirt, khaki cargo shorts and a blue baseball cap. He has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

“Our No. 1 priority is citizen safety,” Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said in a statement. “We will do everything in our power to ensure the perpetrator is identified and brought to justice.”
