What's Open and Closed on Veterans Day in Dearborn
The Dearborn Administrative Center will be closed, but some city services will operate as usual.
City services are affected by the Veterans Day federal holiday on Wednesday, Nov. 11, but not curbside collection of trash and recyclables. Trash and recyclables will be picked up on the normal schedule, the city said.
The Dearborn Administrative Center (DAC) will be closed on Veterans Day, as will Dearborn libraries and the Senior Center inside the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center.

The rest of the Henry Ford Center and the Dearborn Ice Skating Center will have regular hours that day.
The city’s Veterans Day ceremony will be at 11 a.m. in The Center.

Elsewhere in the city, mail will not be delivered.
Veterans Day is a scheduled holiday for Federal Reserve Banks.
Schools will be in session.
